Q Health – Online Appointment Booking

Software solutions to booking thousands of Covid Vaccination Programme appointments can increase automation at a time when our staff are already stretched to capacity. These solutions include enabling patients to directly book appointments online and automating reminders to those who have not yet booked.

To support Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to manage appointment booking in the most efficient way possible, national funding has been made available to pay for these solutions under a national contract.

NHS digital have developed national requirements for automated appointment management solutions which providers have to adhere to.

As a PCN we have been asked to consider which system meets our needs most readily. At this moment in time we have chosen to use Q Health by the supplier Q Doctor but in future we may choose to change this and use another supplier. For a list of all assured suppliers we may use in the future please click here.

Rest assured due diligence is completed prior to supplier selection and our offering will only fall in line with these NHS Digital assured online appointment & management solutions.

If you receive a text or email from a supplier not listed please do not click on any link and contact the practice first.

Thank you.

Covid-19 Vaccination

The Surgery are delighted to announce that we have started inviting patients to our first COVID-19 vaccination clinics, the clinics will commence week beginning 11/1/21. We would like to reassure you that we will contact you when a vaccination is available to you.

The Surgery have only just started the vaccination programme, the number of people we can vaccinate is restricted to the number of vaccinations we are given, unfortunately we have little control on how many vaccines we receive and the dates of delivery. Please do not think you or your loved ones have been missed.

We are working hard to increase the number of clinics and therefore vaccinate as many people as we can in a safe and efficient way. In the meantime, we kindly ask you not to contact the Surgery with COVID-19 vaccination queries. We thank you for your understanding.
