The team at Marine & Oakridge Surgery would like to take the opportunity to gain some feedback from our patients to inform us of how each site is used and accessed. You will be aware from the media that there has been increasing pressures placed on General Practice nationally, and the information gathered from this survey will inform us how we can further our resilience and safeguard the services we provide for patients.
Please click the following link to complete the short survey which closes on the 15th July 2022.
Thank you for your time and feedback!
Community Action Network (CAN) are working with Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and its members in the voluntary and community sector to create a mental health and wellbeing hub in the heart of the community of Boscombe.
This space will provide the community with access to a wide range of services in a location where they feel safe and secure. We are helping them with the job of engaging people from the Boscombe community to gather YOUR feelings and opinions and learn from your experiences (both positive and negative) of accessing support and advice services locally. With so much at stake there’s a real commitment to get this right.
A community hub will only benefit the Boscombe community IF the Boscombe community is involved. This is your chance to tell the powers that be exactly WHAT, WHERE and HOW you want advice and support services to be delivered in Boscombe.
Have your say! Please spare 5 minutes to complete this online survey https://forms.office.com/r/LdmCHWjLab and share your ideas on the future development of a wellbeing hub in the heart of the Boscombe.
